Reflective vinyl is not self luminescent, its properties are not apparent in normal daylight. It is specifically designed to be visible at night from a wide range of angles when stricken with artificial light such as that from a vehicle or street light. It is recognized as and most commonly used for safety vehicles and traffic signage, but here at Apple Graphics we are hoping to change that.
